To make loose-leaf tea, use one teaspoon of leaves for each cup of water. Place one teaspoon of the loose leaves into your cup or mug. Pour one cup boiling water over the leaves. Steep, strain and sweeten with honey if desired. *Boil water with the leaves in the pot for a stronger tea. When the tea is ready, pour it into your tea cup through a mesh kitchen strainer, sweeten with honey if desired.
